It has an insulation capacity equivalent to 12cm of polyurethane, and 10 to 20cm of mineral wool, 16cm of classic glass wool, 48cm of cellular concrete, 88cm of wood, 700cm of concrete and 1400cm of granite.
Efficiency
For equivalent efficiency, unlike traditional insulators,
THERMO-REFLECT® does not reduce the living space (Paris Law 2026).

360 Characteristics
- High thermal emissivity (91%) and high solar reflectance (83%) values of THERMO-REFLECT® allows it to carry out “cool roofing”.
“Cool roof” technology (literally cold roof) consists of applying to the roof
buildings a high-emissivity reflective coating that prevents absorption
solar radiation.
- As the roof remains colder, the amount of heat transmitted into the building
is reduced, thus maintaining a colder and more constant interior temperature.
- THERMO-REFLECT®, for its part, is a coating that is both reflective and insulating, which allows it to improve the thermal comfort of buildings and make savings
energy throughout the year.
- THERMO-REFLECT® brings the advantages of Cool Roof and thermal insulation
in a single product. Its composition in the aqueous phase gives THERMO-REFLECT®
an A+ classification for indoor use, with virtually no CO2 emissions
in the atmosphere, accentuating its eco-virtuous side.
Technical Characteristics
- Ease of application: THERMO-REFLECT® is applied like a traditional paint, without specific equipment. Washable finishing paint, THERMO-REFLECT®, is easily cleaned with water.
- THERMO-REFLECT® adheres to all types of materials: concrete, wood, metal,
stone, plastic, brick… Can be applied outdoors, on facades or roofs
but also indoors to achieve an ITI without thermal bridge and without encroaching
on the living space. Applied to flat roofs,
- THERMO-REFLECT® will resist stagnant water and ensure the waterproofing of your roof:
– 4 sqm /L/ layer on smooth support.
– 3 sqm /L/ layer on irregular support.
- Manual application with roller, i.e. consumption of:
– 0.50L per 1 sqm for the 2 layers on a smooth support. (2 sqm/L).
– 0.60L per 1 sqm for the 2 layers on irregular support. (1.7 sqm/L).
- Airless app. Dilution 10% water maximum. Blue nozzle 523. Operating pressure from 120 to 180 bars.
